The Women in Leadership Program (WILP) is an initiative of the Ministry of Health in partnership with the Public Service Commission through the Vanuatu Institute of Public Administration and Management. It aims to strengthen leadership and accountability of the Vanuatu health sector.

The WILP was developed in partnership with the Australian Government through the Vanuatu-Australia Health Partnership, the Vanuatu Skills Partnership and Balance of Power, and Care International, Further Arts and the University of the South Pacific.
